Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I had a wonderful experience with Christa Clark.  I had a horrible experience with another salon, where she did a horrible cut and damaged my hair pretty badly with color.  I decided to stop into Trendi Salon to get it fixed.  I wanted a cut and a color and Christa was the girl to do it.  She didn't just do what I asked her to do, she went above and beyond ... She suggested I wait to color the hair, due to damage and suggested a deep conditioning treatment first.  I thought that was pretty great of her to suggest something better for my hair, then to just try and "please" the customer. We did the deep conditioning and she did an AMAZING cut.  I'm very pleased with her and have another appointment with her this Saturday.  She's a keeper!!!  I read that she was new to the salon and thought you'd like to know that she (in my opinion) is a great asset to have!
Most people are quick to complain, but I like to compliment the employee when I can.  
I'm looking forward to my appointment with her on Saturday.
